Shipping Policy (DRY GOODS)

Orders for dry goods are shipped either by Australia Post, Courier Please or Fastway. Delivery is a flat rate of $10 for orders to Metropolitan Melbourne up to 20kg. 

Freight to metropolitan areas in most capital cities ie. Sydney, Brisbane, Adelaide, Canberra will start from $10 and reach a maximum of $25 for up to 25kgs. This rate may increase depending on the pricing of the courier.

Once your package has been dispatched, the tracking number will be emailed to you so you can track the progress of your delivery.

Return & Exchange Policy

In the chance that your ordered goods arrive damaged, missing, or incorrect, please email us on the day of arrival with your order number and a clear photograph at info@newlifeaquariumandpets.com. We will arrange for a refund, exchange, or credit towards your next order.

New Life Aquarium and Pets accepts returns of dry goods within 14 days from the date of purchase. The product must be unopened, unused, and still in its original packaging.

The buyer is responsible for the return freight expenses and New Life Aquarium and Pets do not accept any liability for the loss or damages to the product while in transit. Refunds exclude all shipping costs. Please notify us at info@newlifeaquariumandpets.com. New Life Aquarium and Pets does cover shipping costs on warranty claims. Freight costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
